In the past few years, Fitchburg began to see a new light as many people started to jump aboard and redevelop some of its main attractions, as well as new residential developments that will help to make Fitchburg a better place to live. Some of these attractions include the Main Street Theater block, Fitchburg’s City Hall, and numerous future restaurants. Paired with the multiple residential developments currently in progress, these attractions will be sure to make the living experience of downtown Fitchburg much more livelier and enjoyable.

One of the main residential developments that is almost complete is the Blossom Street Project by Pelletier Properties. In person this 7 unit apartment complex is gorgeous, with each two-story unit toting a one car garage, open-concept living room and dining room area, full bathroom, a spacious storage closet, and recessed lighting. This apartment complex and multiple others will really help with bringing attraction to many of these redevelopments and renovations going on throughout downtown Fitchburg, as well as giving Fitchburg a much more welcoming look.
