Buyer’s Frequently Asked Questions

Will you inform me of homes from all real estate companies, or only ones listed through Keller Williams Realty?

We will keep you informed of all homes. We want to help you find the home that meets your needs, which means we will present all homes listed for sale regardless of the listing company.

How will you tell me about the newest homes available?

The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) provides up to date information on every home on the market. This service is only available to clients working with licensed real estate agents and is more accurate than zillow, realtor.com, and other home searching sites. We can set you up to receive email notifications about properties that match your search criteria.

Do I really need to work with a buyer’s agent?

Working with a buyer’s agent will protect you and your money when it comes to contract negotiations, deposit money, and home condition.  Buyers agents are typically of no cost to buyers, and make it easy to view properties and communicate effectively with listing agents or sellers directly. You want an experienced agent on your side, especially in this market.

Can I buy a house that says it’s pre-foreclosure?

No, pre-foreclosure homes are still owned and are not available to view or make offers on.

Does your team do new construction?

We can work with most builders to get you the information you need to make a decision. We will accompany you to your meetings with the builder and assist you throughout the entire process just as we would if you were buying a resale property.

Does your team do foreclosures?

Yes, we are able to help buyers make offers on foreclosed properties, and have a lot of experience doing so.
