Our Team

My name is Ken Ferris and I live in Groton, MA with my wife, two sons (ages 2 and 4) and our family dog named Blaze. My real estate career started when one of our current team members helped my wife and I find our “forever home” in our dream town. I was currently working in the insurance industry at this time but soon realized I had a passion for helping people especially in the home buying industry…years later that same passion has grown into something I absolutely love doing day in and day out!

I’ve been in the Real Estate industry for several years now and I can honestly say my business has grown exponentially year after year. I can attribute this to the amount of successful transactions and beyond satisfied clients I’ve helped since starting at Keller Williams Realty and joining the Pelletier Properties team. Many of these clients are now friends in which I’ve kept in touch with since day one. Staying in touch with past clients is one of my favorite aspects of my job. I love seeing and hearing how each new home has jump started a new chapter in their lives! Some of my other passions include ice hockey, fishing, golf, traveling with my family and of course Sushi Fridays with my wife after the kids go to bed!

A few Realtor achievements I am especially proud of are being recognized as a North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors (NCMAR) Top Producer in 2021 and being asked to serve on the Keller Williams North Central Associate Leadership Council in 2022.
