It was a SOCK-TOBER Success! Or perhaps a 'sock'-cess, as Pelletier Properties partnered with St. Bernard's High School to collect and then deliver 100's of pairs of new socks to our friends at Ginny's Helping Hands and Food Pantry!

Sometimes, a real-estate transaction is filled with challenges, and when you finally get to the end of it, there are unexpected stories that you will remember forever. Sometimes, a dog rescue mission breaks out in the middle of a closing.

Well folks, it’s that time again, and here I am with my headphones on, prepping for one of my very least favorite days of the year. That’s right. You guessed it. The 4th of July! Just look at me. All decked out with my headset, and my thunder jacket, chillin’ in the backyard. Waiting to pick up grilled cheeseburger or hot dog scraps from clumsy human-types. Aren’t I adorable?

When President of Pelletier Properties Nick Pelletier was first introduced to the Rise Above Foundation, and eventually became a sponsor and Board Member of the non-profit organization, he didn't know the full scope of challenges that children in foster care face.

Rise Above was founded in order to provide children in foster care with an opportunity to participate in enriching activities, despite financial restrictions.Nick Pelletier, Rise Above board member, and Founder / President of Pelletier Properties at Keller-Williams North Central, began the Start Above initiative to focus on kids who are no longer in foster care, to help provide them with a fresh start to their new lives.This week, Rise Above and Pelletier Properties, working together, completed their third Start Above project. The two organizations teamed up to furnish the apartment of a recently aged out individual who has been working hard to get his life on the path to success.

On Wednesday, September 12, Worcester Business Journal held their annual Awards Event called "40 Under Forty." Each year, the Worcester-area magazine chooses 40 people under the age of forty, who are thriving, up-and-coming in business, and who do positive things for and within their communities. Some might call them "game-changers."
